SDAIA Receives EFQM Recognition for Sustainable Performance

The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) has been awarded the Recognised by EFQM certificate for sustainable performance at the five-star level by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). This achievement makes SDAIA the first government entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to attain this advanced distinction during its initial institutional performance assessment under the updated EFQM Model.

The certificate was received by Abdullah Al-Khudairi, Chief Executive of SDAIA’s Strategy Management Office, from EFQM Chief Executive Officer Russell Longmuir during his visit to SDAIA’s headquarters on Wednesday.

This recognition reflects SDAIA’s high level of institutional maturity and its adoption of a comprehensive, integrated organizational framework. The approach encompasses leadership, strategy, organizational culture, performance management, sustainable value creation, stakeholder engagement, as well as transformation and innovation management.
