Saudi Zain continues its preparations to provide the best services to pilgrims

Zain Saudi Arabia has completed all arrangements and preparations to receive pilgrims during this year’s Hajj season.

It has provided all the technical requirements that ensure that all pilgrims in Mecca and Madinah receive the best communications and other digital services with high quality, reliability, and speed.

Zain has carried out a set of expansions and improvements for all networks, which include (the main network, the radio access network, RAN, and (Wi-Fi), and the completion of maintenance parts arrangements,

It also worked on evaluation and field examination and increased the capacity of more than 40 thousand elements and sites around feelings,

All processes have also been digitized to upgrade performance and quality indicators, as well as the state of cybersecurity and continuous assessment of risks and vulnerabilities,

The company also made sure to simulate various types of potential accidents for immediate treatment.

The Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, Dr. Mohammed Al-Tamimi visited the headquarters of the company “Zain Saudi Arabia” in the Holy Sites.

Dr. Al-Tamimi reviewed the preparations of “Zain Saudi Arabia” and the advanced experience that it is keen to provide to the pilgrims.
