Saudi women live an unprecedented opportunity to serve their country: says Al-Anoud

Dr. Al-Anoud, Assistant to the General President for Women’s Development Affairs, and the Deputy General for Women’s Affairs expressed her great happiness for the great confidence she received from Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, General President for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, assigning her to this leadership position in the presidency.

She said that our wise government seeks to give Saudi women great confidence and adequate support and push them to leadership positions in the state to enable them to serve their religion and country.

Al-Anoud added: “There is no doubt that it is a source of joy and pleasure for us, women, as women leaders. Today, Saudi women live an unprecedented opportunity to share their thought, knowledge,”.

She indicated that today women work side by side with their male brothers.

“Women are the sisters of men, and indeed they have proven their ability to lead and take control of matters, and thus have gained are toe the courage to make decisions at times or participate in decision-making tomes, to achieve the Kingdom’s 2030 vision,” She added

Sheikh Al-Sudais said: “We have before us the vision of our country 2030 and the vision of the presidency 2024 in development and renewal to open new horizons for young people to pump blood, continuous development, women’s empowerment, technology, and digitization, in addition to the procession of development in the field of artificial intelligence,” announcing the appointment of two women for the first time as Assistant to the General President for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques.

Al-Sudais had issued administrative decisions restructuring the Grand Mosque Affairs Agency, restructuring the Presidency Agency for Social and Voluntary Services, assigning some agents and assistant undersecretaries to the presidency, and appointing women leaders.
