Saudi non-oil exports rose to SAR 25 billion in October

Saudi non-oil exports increased by 4.4 percent on an annual basis in October 2022, recording SAR 24.9 billion, compared to SAR 23.9 billion recorded in the same month last year.

Data from the Saudi General Authority for Statistics showed that the value of the Kingdom’s merchandise exports during this period amounted to (SAR 121 billion), compared to (SAR 106 billion) during October 2021, with an increase of (SAR 15 billion), (14.2 percent).

According to the data contained in this bulletin, the value of petroleum exports during October 2022 amounted to (SAR96 billion), compared to (SAR 82 billion) during October 2021, with an increase of (14 billion riyals), by (17.1 percent).

According to the results of the bulletin, the value of non-oil exports (including re-exports) during October 2022 amounted to (SAR 25 billion), compared to (SAR 24 billion) during October 2021, with an increase of (SAR 1 billion), by (4.4 percent).

The value of the Kingdom‘s merchandise imports during October 2022 amounted to (SAR 67 billion), compared to (SAR 46 billion) during October 2021, with an increase of (SAR 21 billion), by (45.7 percent).

The increase in Saudi non-oil production is indicative of an increase in industrial production in the Kingdom. Moreover, it reflects the vision for 2030.
