Saudi Crown Prince receives Georgia’s Prime Minister in Riyadh in an official session of talks

The Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman received on Wednesday Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia, at the Royal Court at Al Yamama Palace.

 

The Prime Minister was given an official reception ceremony, after which His Highness the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister of Georgia held an official session of talks.

 

At the outset, His Highness the Crown Prince welcomed the Georgian Prime Minister to the Kingdom, wishing him and his companions a pleasant stay.

 

The Georgian Prime Minister expressed his happiness at visiting the Kingdom and his appreciation for the hospitality and warm reception he and the accompanying delegation received.

 

During the talks session, they discussed the friendly relations between the two countries and ways to enhance prospects for cooperation in various fields.

 

The talks were attended by Prince Turki bin Muhammad, Minister of State, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Minister of State, National Security Adviser Dr. Musaed bin Muhammad Al-Aiban.

 

The Minister for Environment, Eng. Abdul Rahman Al-Fadhli, the Minister of Economy and Planning, Mr. Faisal Al-Ibrahim, and the Saudi Ambassador to Georgia, Salman Al-Sheikh, also attended.

 

On the Georgian side, it was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Mr. Levan Davitashvili. In addition, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Ilia Darciashvili.

 

From the Georgian side also was present the head of the government department, Mr. Revaz Javlidze, and the ambassador to the Kingdom, Vakhtang Chaoshivili.
