In a captivating display witnessed by a massive audience, Saudi Arabia’s Falcon Team emerged victorious in the Mobile Legend: Bang Bang and Free Fire tournaments, guaranteeing their participation in the upcoming World Cup 2024.
During the third week of the championship, the Falcons triumphed over 18 competing teams in Free Fire, amassing an impressive score of 106 points.

With this accomplishment, they have now clinched two out of the four tournaments held thus far, firmly placing themselves at the top of the Esports leaderboard with a total of 2600 points.
The second week of the Esports World Cup 2024 concluded yesterday, featuring thrilling tournaments in popular games such as Bang Bang, Free Fire, and Dota 2 Riyadh.
The SEF Arena, with millions of viewers tuning in, provided a grand stage for all the champions.
Originally set to be an annual event in Riyadh starting this summer, the Esports World Cup 2024 aimed to establish Saudi Arabia as a hub for international esports and sports competitions.

The tournament kicked off on July 2, 2024, at Boulevard Riyadh City, commencing with an impressive opening ceremony and is scheduled to run until August 25.
This unique championship boasts its own prestigious prize and title. The team that demonstrates the best performance across the eight tournaments will not only earn a remarkable $20 million but also be crowned the ultimate cup champion.
Following championship regulations, each tournament within the event assigns points based on team placement and events.

Typically, first place garners 1,000 points, second place receives 600 points, third and fourth place each earn 275 points, while teams finishing between fifth and eighth receive 60 points.
The Esports World Cup, organized by Saudi’s Esports World Cup Foundation, is an integral part of the Saudi Arabia 2030 Vision initiative.
