The Saudi Minister of Investment, Eng. Khalid Bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih affirmed that the Kingdom has a strategic position in the world, and is attractive to investors, innovators, entrepreneurs, and scholars.
His statements came during his participation in a dialogue session within the activities of the Global Entrepreneurship Conference (GEC), organized by the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises “Monsha’at” in cooperation with the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN).
The investment in the Kingdom previously depended heavily on gas and oil, and this is a great opportunity to think about increasing, developing, and diversifying investment opportunities,” he said.
He also noted that the Kingdom has all the basic components of investment and is a fertile ground for investors and companies worldwide.
Eng. Al-Falih indicated that the “Kingdom’s Vision 2030” created wonderful investment initiatives.
During his speech, he praised the young leaders of successful entrepreneurs who, according to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, have many initiatives around the world, stressing that the wise leadership worked to facilitate investment laws and the environment.
