Saudi Arabia to host Global Aviation Summit 2019

Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) will organize the Global Aviation Summit 2019 held on April 1 and 2 under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and it would be held at the Ritz Carlton in Riyadh.

The summit, one of the most important international aviation events, aims to exchange sector knowledge, review the best international practices, and discuss investment opportunities, as well as the security and safety of civil aviation, Nabil Al-Amoudi, Minister of Transport and GACA’s chairman, said.

“The summit will also provide a chance to highlight the participation of women in civil aviation and their contributions in developing this vital sector”, he said.

Worth mentioning that holding the summit is a key opportunity to present the Kingdom’s aviation strategies in-line with Vision 2030, and to highlight women’s participation in civil aviation and their contributions in developing this vital sector, he added.
