Saudi Arabia launches 4 flyover bridges to connect 4 neighborhoods west of Jeddah

Saudi Arabia has announced the construction of four new flyovers on Al-Hamdaniya Road to connect the Al-Hamdaniya, Al-Salihiya, Al-Rahmaniya, and Al-Falah communities to the west of the road.

According to a Ministry of Transport official, the ministry has installed a slope from Al-Haramain Road in the south to the neighborhoods in the east, as well as a slope from the east to Al-Haramain Road in the north.

It has also built some service roads and connected them to the main road, and the asphalt paving layers’ work is currently ongoing.

The transportation and logistics system reaffirms its commitment to improving services and road quality.

By 2030, the policy intends to move the Kingdom up to sixth place in the world’s road quality index.

The ministry stated that a 31-kilometer segment of the second ring project in Jeddah has been cleared for implementation, running from the intersection of King Faisal Road to Jeddah Makkah Road through multiple projects.
