Saudi Arabia hosts the Learning Health System Conference

The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, in cooperation with the Health Sector Transformation Program, organized on Wednesday the Learning Health Systems Conference.

 

The conference will continue until tomorrow; In Riyadh, to discuss improving the educational health care system.

 

The Secretary-General of the authority, Dr. Aws Al-Shamsan, said during the conference: The educational health system is one of the important, main, modern and necessary principles for the integration of the components of the health system.

 

For his part, the Chief Executive Officer of the Health Sector Transformation Program, Dr. Khaled Al-Shaibani, stated that the Health Sector Transformation Program is the latest program of Vision 2030.

 

 The program aims to restructure the health sector into a comprehensive and effective health system to achieve Vision 2030.

 

The conference aims to introduce the principles of the educational health system and ways to apply them in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to achieve leadership at the global level.

 

Saudi Arabia seeks to be a global leader in this field, as it is the first health system in the world to transform itself into a comprehensive educational health system through the application of better care and health for its community at the lowest costs.

 

The Learning Health System Conference is part of one of the health transformations programs that achieve the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to create learning environments and communities that are distinctive, flexible, and effective in a sustainable manner.

 

An elite group of international speakers who have an important role in developing health learning systems at the local and global levels will participate in the conference.
