It is noteworthy that Saudi Arabia has embarked on early preparations to provide pilgrims with seamless services during their spiritual journeys.

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has collaborated with the Saudi National Bank (SNB AlAhli) to launch the world’s first international digital wallet ‘Nusuk Wallet’ to enable pilgrims to manage their money and expenses through a banking infrastructure supported by SNB AlAhli.

Moreover, the Kingdom offers a special system using GPS and interactive digital maps to help pilgrims move around the holy sites.

The digital interactive map shows directions to all the facilities provided by the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque. They include doors, the library, restrooms, guidance offices, and the service of providing manual and electric carts, escalators, elevators, field hospitals, bridges, and maintenance and work areas.
