Saudi-Albanian Business Forum Establishes New Partnership

Yesterday, the Saudi-Albanian Business Forum was held in Tirana, the capital of Albania. With the participation of more than 250 officials. During the forum, the  Federation of Saudi and Albanian Chambers signed an agreement to establish a joint Saudi-Albanian business council.

Hassan Al-Huwaizi, President of the Federation of Saudi Chambers said, during his speech, that KSA and Albania have agreements to encourage economic and investment cooperation.

He also stressed that the establishment of the Saudi-Albanian Business Council will constitute a strong boost to trade and investment between the two countries.

Saudi-Albanian Relations

Saudi-Albanian relations have a long history rooted in diplomatic ties and cultural exchanges.  Despite the geographical distance between the two countries, Saudi Arabia and Albania have maintained a cordial relationship that has evolved over years.

Economically, Saudi Arabia has been a significant investor in Albania, particularly in sectors such as energy, construction, and tourism. In addition, both countries have explored opportunities for trade and investment. The two countries also aim of further enhancing their economic cooperation.

Saudi investors have shown interest in Albania’s growing economy. Accordingly,  they have contributed to the development of various infrastructure projects in the country.

In recent years, Saudi Arabia and Albania have also collaborated on various regional and international issues. Both countries have worked together within the framework of organizations such as the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to to face common challenges.

Furthermore,  the two countries continue to strengthen their ties. Both have great potential for further collaboration in various fields that include trade, investment, culture, and diplomacy.
