SAR Unveils Commercial Naming Rights Initiative for Haramain Railway Stations

Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR) has announced a new initiative offering naming rights and sponsorship opportunities for stations along the Haramain High Speed Railway, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

The initiative encompasses the railway’s key stations in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah’s Sulaimaniyah district, as well as King Abdullah Economic City.

This step seeks to unleash new investment horizons through strategic private-sector partnerships, maximize the commercial value of railway assets, and offer brands an opportunity to access a vast passenger base across one of the Kingdom’s most significant transportation networks.

With the aim of elevating the passenger experience, the project also aims to modernize station environments and introduce new commercial services within the facilities.

By leveraging high-traffic operational hubs, the project features strategic marketing and branding opportunities that further boost visibility while strengthening collaboration with private-sector partners.

The SAR has invited interested investors to apply for naming rights and sponsorship opportunities through its official channels.

The Haramain High-Speed Railway operates some of the fastest passenger trains in the world, reaching speeds of up to 300 kilometers per hour.

Spanning across a 453-km line, it links Makkah and Madinah through Jeddah and King Abdullah Economic City.
