SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company has signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Aviapartner Belgium NV and Aviapartner Holding NV to acquire 100% of Aviapartner Liège SA.
The transaction, valued at approximately SAR123 million, will be fully paid in cash upon completion. It remains subject to standard closing conditions and the necessary regulatory approvals.
Headquartered in Liège, Aviapartner Liège specializes in ground handling and cargo services. The acquisition aligns with SAL’s international expansion strategy by giving the company a direct operational foothold in one of Europe’s major air cargo hubs.
The deal is also expected to expand SAL’s cargo handling and logistics capabilities at international airports, diversify its revenue streams, and generate operational synergies through access to advanced infrastructure and established airline partnerships in a mature aviation market.
