SADAIA exchanges experiences in AI with sectors in South Korea

A delegation from various sectors of  SADAIA visited South Korea from February 27 to March 3, 2023.

 

During the visit, the delegation met a number of officials in the government and private sectors.

 

This meeting aims to exchange knowledge and experiences in data and artificial intelligence (AI).

 

The SADAIA delegation held bilateral meetings with the Korean side of the Ministry of Science and Information and Communication Technology.

 

The meetings included the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the National Agency for the Information Society, the Personal Data Protection Authority, and others.

 

The delegation held other meetings with the Korea Information Society Development Institute and the Korea Data Center Council.

 

During the meetings, experiences were exchanged and partnerships were built in data and artificial intelligence, and in relation to smart city technologies and their development in the world.

 

The visit comes within the framework of the authority’s efforts to strengthen its partnerships with various international bodies.

 

It also seeks to achieve its vision of building a national economy based on data and achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

 

These agreements will elevate the Kingdom to the leading countries in the field of economies based on data and artificial intelligence.
