The National Program for Community Development in the Regions (Tanmiah) has started disbursing compensations to owners of properties expropriated for the New Murabba project, Saudi Gazette reported.
The properties were basically located in the Shams Riyadh townships No. 4A and No. 4B.
Last month, the Tanmiah emphasized that that it has already completed all property expropriation procedures of the project. Recently, it officially announced the beginning of delivering compensations to beneficiaries.
Crucially, the Tanmiah will contact the beneficiaries and ask them to visit the branch’s headquarters in Riyadh to get their compensations. The process will be done in accordance with the scheduled dates.
Currently, the New Murabba Company is building a modern and captivating destination in Riyadh, encompassing 27 million square meters of luxurious real estate distributed across 18 residential complexes. The destination is anticipated to house more than 400,000 residents.
Looking ahead, the future-ready destination will boast sustainable infrastructure and numerous smart transportation options, offering a special blend between innovative technology and nature and sustainability.
