Makkah Municipality Issues Health Certificate Guidelines for Hajj Season 1446
The Holy Makkah Municipality has announced the official procedures for obtaining seasonal health certificates for Hajj season 1446, reinforcing its commitment to protecting the health and safety of those serving pilgrims.
To receive the required certificate, applicants must complete the registration process through the Balady platform: https://balady.gov.sa/en. As part of the application, individuals must undergo medical examinations at authorized labor inspection centers and pass a mandatory health education course, which includes a test. These courses cover essential topics such as food safety, proper shaving practices, and general public health.
All seasonal health certificates will remain valid until Muharram 15, 1447. The municipality urges all workers planning to participate in the Hajj season to complete the certification process without delay to ensure compliance and readiness.
