The Infath Support and Liquidation Center has recently announced its plan to conduct 26 public auctions, according to SABQ Online Newspaper.
These events are scheduled to occur from January 1st to January 11th, 2024. The auctions will adopt both in-person and online formats, aiming to sell and liquidate a total of 172 properties. These properties, both residential and commercial, are located across 10 different regions and cities within the Kingdom.
Infath: Auction Locations, Details
The Infath Center has provided detailed information regarding the locations and specifics of these auctions, which are as follows:
- Riyadh Region: 4 auctions featuring 24 diverse real estate opportunities.
- Makkah Region: 8 auctions showcasing a total of 53 properties.
- Eastern Region: 3 public auctions offering 18 properties.
- Qassim Region: 2 auctions presenting 22 real estate opportunities.
- Hail Region: 2 auctions with 20 opportunities.
- Tabuk Region: A single auction displaying 7 properties.
- Jazan Region: One auction offering 4 properties.
- Northern Borders Region: One auction with 6 properties on offer.
- Najran: An auction featuring 4 real estate opportunities.
- Al-Jouf Region: An auction showcasing 14 opportunities.
In addition to these, the Infath Center also plans to conduct two auctions for movable properties. These include the sale of various items such as sheep, camels, and the contents of a tailoring workshop.
Role of Infath Center
The Infath Support and Liquidation Center is an independent government entity. It’s a key part of Saudi Vision 2030’s National Transformation Program. Additionally, the center delegates liquidation and sales tasks to skilled private sector firms.
Furthermore, it oversees liquidating various assets like real estate, movable properties, and inheritances.
These assets are assigned by courts, private sectors, and individuals. The main goal is to quickly secure rights and satisfy beneficiaries.
