Industry Minister, Pakistani Officials Hold Talks on Industrial Cooperation, Fertilizer Investment

Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef held a virtual meeting with Pakistani officials, including Haroon Akhtar Khan and Musadik Malik, to discuss strengthening industrial collaboration and expanding investment opportunities, particularly in the fertilizer sector.
Industrial Cooperation
Both sides praised the longstanding ties and strong economic relationship between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Discussions focused on sharing expertise in workforce development, building advanced industrial cities, and developing ready-made factory infrastructure.

The ministers also reviewed challenges faced by exporters, emphasizing the need to ensure smooth trade flows and enhance integration within regional and global supply chains.
The meeting was attended by senior representatives from Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and the Saudi Export Development Authority, along with members of Pakistan’s Special Investment Facilitation Council.
