The Gulf Cooperation Council strongly denounced the terrorist militia’s takeover of the US Embassy’s headquarters in Sana’a on Wednesday.
Dr. Nayef Al-Hajraf, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, condemned and denounced the terrorist Houthi militia’s takeover of the US Embassy in Sana’a, as well as the imprisonment of some embassy personnel and their families, all of whom are Yemeni citizens.
The Secretary-General emphasized that the Houthi militia’s unlawful behavior is a flagrant breach of international norms and regulations. He also demanded the immediate release of all prisoners, workers of the US Embassy in Sana’a, and their families, as well as the protection of all embassy personnel and the evacuation of the embassy’s premises from armed militias.
