The Expenditure and Project Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) has announced the launch of the seventh cohort of its Spending Efficiency Sustainability Pillars Program, bringing together 83 government entities.
The program supports change management in government spending efficiency and functions as a diagnostic framework to assess performance, identify gaps, and uncover key opportunities for improvement and waste reduction.
It features a series of workshops that outline the program’s strategy and roadmap through 2030, alongside important updates to its standards and performance indicators.
Through this initiative, EXPRO seeks to strengthen spending efficiency across government entities by enhancing procurement practices, improving the quality of projects and assets, advancing infrastructure and program planning, and developing and upskilling national talent.
