Elm, Jeddah Historic District Program Sign Agreement to Enhance it Digitally
The Jeddah Historic District Program, part of the Ministry of Culture, announced today the signing of a cooperative roadmap agreement with Elm, a leading innovator in digital solutions.
The agreement covers collaboration in several areas, including fieldwork, setting up a project coordination office, equipping a monitoring and control room, and establishing a communication center for beneficiaries.

The partnership seeks to rejuvenate the Jeddah Historic District by investing in its cultural heritage sites and urban features. Ultimately, it aims to transform the area into a premier global tourist destination that adheres to the highest sustainability standards.
This collaboration seeks to utilize Elm’s expertise in developing tailored digital solutions to create an electronic platform for delivering operational services. The proposed platform will allow for the monitoring of excavation and infrastructure projects overseen by the Jeddah Historic District Program. Additionally, it will streamline the processing of all municipal licensing requests in an automated and efficient way.
