Saudi Arabia is getting ready to celebrate Eid Al-Fitr 2025, expected to start on March 30. It is an Islamic holiday celebrating the end of Ramadan and the beginning of Shawwal.
To mark Eid Al-Fitr, Saudi Arabia has announced a 4-day holiday for the private and non-profit sectors. Furthermore, the Saudi General Entertainment Authority (GEA) has launched Eid Al-Fitr 2025 events, featuring a diverse range of music concerts, theatrical performances, fireworks shows, and various entertainment activities across the Kingdom’s regions.
Eid Al-Fitr 2025 in Jeddah
Jeddah is an ideal hub to enjoy Eid vacation owing to its unique location along the Red Sea coast. It is the second largest city in Saudi Arabia after Riyadh, known as the Bride of the Red Sea. Jeddah hosts a diverse range of attractions, from ancient and historic districts to modern landmarks and exciting activities.
As part of Eid Al-Fitr 2025 celebrations, spectacular fireworks shows will kick off in Jeddah Art Promenade on Eid’s first day at 9 pm.
Moreover, the city will offer an exclusive discount on sea taxi fares during Eid Al-Fitr, from March 23 to April 3, 2025.
Water Activities
Strategically located along the Red Sea coast in western Saudi Arabia, Jeddah boasts beautiful beaches and charming waters, allowing for a wide array activities.
Visitors can celebrate Eid aboard the world-class Aroya Cruise, offering exciting events and special offers until May 29, 2025.
Furthermore, the Jeddah Yacht Club and Marina will host stunning festivities during Eid Al-Fitr, featuring exciting live music shows amid the charming seaside views and vibrant vibes. It will also host a free 10-day celebration from 5 pm to 2 am, from March 30 to April 20, 2025.

The iconic Jeddah Corniche Circuit will host the much-awaited Formula 1 stc Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, from April 18-20, 2025, adding an adrenaline rush to Eid Al-Fitr celebrations.
Moreover, the captivating Jeddah Promenade will invigorate Eid Al-Fitr festivities.
It will feature daily activities and interactive experiences from 5 pm to 2 am, as part of the “Eid Destination: The Best Eid in Jeddah” experience, running from March 30 to April 20, 2025.
Music and Theater
Music fans will also have a unique opportunity to enjoy the emotional performance of the Egyptian singer, Tamer Ashour, in a special Eid beach concert in Jeddah, on April 2, 2025.
Starting on the third day of Eid Al-Fitr, the Arabic Theater in Jeddah will play “Shams and Qamar” play. It is an amazing show filled with drama and mystery, as well as surprising twists.
Cultural Events
For a rich cultural experience, visitors can explore the Islamic Arts Biennale in Jeddah. In its second edition, running until May 25, 2025, the exceptional event exhibits more than 500 objects and contemporary artworks.
