The Hira Cultural District in Makkah came alive yesterday evening as large crowds of citizens and visitors gathered to celebrate the 95th National Day. The festivities created a joyful atmosphere filled with pride in the homeland and its visionary leadership.

The celebration program offered a rich blend of cultural and artistic activities, including traditional performances, poetry recitals, and parades of horses and camels across the district’s squares. Moreover, these events highlighted Saudi heritage and aimed to strengthen the sense of national identity among attendees.

Visitors also enjoyed a variety of engaging experiences, from theatrical performances based on real-life stories to recreational games, a challenge arena, interactive activities, competitions with prizes, painting workshops, and dedicated play areas for both children and adults. The event further featured shopping exhibitions and a traditional Saudi tent showcasing symbols of the Kingdom’s cultural heritage.

Adding to the vibrant spirit were visits to the Holy Quran Museum, the Revelation Exhibition, the Saudi Coffee Exhibition, and cultural competitions—all of which together highlighted the richness and diversity of Saudi culture in a festive setting.
