Culinary Arts Authority concludes “Ramadan Market” activities in Jeddah
The Culinary Arts Authority concluded today the “Ramadan Market” activities, which were carried out in the Arbaeen Lake Park in Historic Jeddah.
The events lasted for 10 days, with the aim of showcasing local culinary arts and Ramadan products.
The authority presented an enriching experience about the past during the month of Ramadan, and the social customs associated with the Ramadan table in the Kingdom.
The Culinary Arts Authority presented, through the “Ramadan Market”, a short simulation of the atmosphere of Ramadan through 35 corners.
The Culinary Authority divided pillars between offering baked goods, sweets, dates, spices, coffee, nuts, vegetables, and honey.
The authority also added a corner for games, clothes, and antiques, provided spaces for the development of hobbies, and an area for children to photograph, draw, and henna.
Events enrich visitors’ experiences, by providing sales spaces that offer opportunities for local sellers; To display their products to different segments of society.
The activities of the “Ramadan Market” are focused on the heritage of culinary arts in the Kingdom.
Through these events, the Authority seeks to introduce Saudi culinary arts and cuisine.
It also seeks to enhance the heritage and popular value of the food products that the Kingdom is famous for
