The Saudi Billiards and Snooker Federation announced the launch of the first round of the Billiard Club Premier League under the name “Founding Day Tour”.
Its competitions for the 2023 sports season will start tomorrow, Thursday, with 6 matches taking place, with the participation of 12 clubs distributed into two groups.
Group division
The first group included the clubs: “Al-Hilal, Al-Itifaq, Al-Qadisiyah, Al-Fateh, Mudar, Al-Zulfi.”
While the second group included the clubs: “Al-Ahly, Al-Ittihad, Al-Shabab, Damak, C, and Al-Qalaa.”
The first round of the First Division Billiard Clubs League will be called the Foundation Round.
The new season’s competitions will start the day after tomorrow, Friday, with 4 confrontations with the participation of 8 clubs.
The participating clubs are: “Al-Wehda, Al-Shoula, Falcons, Habona, Al-Tuhamy, Al-Fara, Qaffar, Al-Arabi.”

Dr. Nasser Al-Shammari, President of the Saudi Billiards Federation, congratulated the Saudi people on this occasion.
He confirmed that a founding day is a national event that is a source of pride for every citizen of this land.
He added that this country enjoys stability and security thanks to God and the efforts and sacrifices made by loyal men.

He said that KSA become a modern country comparable in its civilization and renaissance to many developed countries
He celebrated this occasion by naming the first round of the Premier League for clubs the name of incorporation.
The first round of the club’s first division will be held on the exact anniversary as the founding day.
The celebration will occur before the matches by holding some expressive activities on this national occasion.
