AlUla began its celebrations of Saudi Founding Day 2025 on Saturday with unique cultural and historical experiences, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
Themed “Al-Sarayah,” the celebrations in the AlUla seek to offer a close link between visitors and Saudi Arabia’s deep history and heritage.
Set to run until next Sunday, the event displays the stages of the Saudi state’s establishment.
The occasion boasts various areas, as follows:
Al-Masrah
It offers camel rides amid a desert caravan simulation.
Al-Maseer
The area takes visitors on a journey through valleys, deserts, mountains as well as coastlines.
Al-Mishraq
Visitors can enjoy several artistic and cultural performances.
Al-Zad
It provides visitors with a vast array of local and international cuisines.
Interestingly, activities target all age groups and families, children, youth, tourists, residents and people with disabilities.
Moreover, the event offers dedicated areas for camping, photography and experiencing authentic Saudi heritage.
