Financial Academy, National Health Insurance Center Sign MoU to Develop Skills

The Financial Academy and the National Health Insurance Center signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.

It aims at developing the leadership and financial skills of the Center’s employees through the implementation of a series of specialized training programs.

The MoU seeks to develop the center’s staff and enhance their professional knowledge and skills. It includes effective communication, strategic planning, efficient team management, problem-solving, and decision-making. Additionally, it focuses on understanding and managing financial affairs with a high degree of efficiency in areas such as managerial accounting and investment management. It also includes offering specialized programs in the insurance sector, covering topics such as insurance cost analysis and risk management.

The Financial Academy is an independent legal and administrative entity that is organizationally linked to the Chairman of the Capital Market Authority. Its goal is to qualify, develop, and enhance human resources in the financial sector by improving the knowledge, capabilities and culture of its workers, including administrative leaders and board members in sector institutions.

Financial Academy launches strategy for 2024-2026

It will also to contribute to the development and growth of best professional practices related to the sector, targeting all entities in the financial sector, including banks, financing, insurance, and the financial market.
