Saudi Arabia Completes Logistics Preparations for Hajj 2026

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has successfully completed its operational preparations for the 2026 Hajj season, according to Gulf News.

The ministry announced that it has finished the required arrangements to manage pilgrim movement and transport across the holy sites.

The plan features regulating access to the Jamarat site, operating the Holy Sites Metro, and managing transportation links between key pilgrimage locations.

As part of an integrated operational framework, these preparations were developed in coordination with relevant authorities, providing advanced planning tools and modern technologies to ensure the smooth movement of pilgrims and safeguard their safety throughout the pilgrimage.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah also clarified that it would boost field coordination by keeping a unified command structure, accelerating real-time information sharing, and deploying rapid-response mechanisms.

In this regard, the authorities urged pilgrims to closely follow approved movement schedules and adhere to all regulations, highlighting that full cooperation is vital to ensuring an orderly and safe Hajj experience.
