Defense Ministry, Ukrainian Counterpart Sign Memorandum on Procurement Cooperation

The Ministry of Defense and its Ukrainian counterpart have signed a memorandum of understanding in Jeddah concerning defense procurement arrangements.

The agreement was signed by Assistant Minister of Defense for Executive Affairs Dr. Khaled Al-Biyari and Lieutenant General Andrii Hnatov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
