Amid a significant turnout, the Diriyah Season 2025-2026 has extended some of its key programs until the fourth week of March, reported the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Attracting visitors from across Saudi Arabia and the world, the season has officially extended three of its premier programs: Hal Al Qusoor, Al-Huwayett, and the Samhan District experiences.

Meanwhile, the fan-favorite Layali Al-Diriyah will continue to welcome guests as an ongoing fixture throughout the entire season.
In light of this, the Diriyah Season director, Ahlam Al-Thunayan, noted that the extension decision comes in response to high turnout indicators and strong visitor engagement over the past months.
This underscores the Diriyah Season‘s elevated status as a cultural and historical hub attracting diverse audiences, Al-Thunayan added.

She emphasized that this positive engagement served as a direct catalyst for the extension, ensuring a broader segment of the public can enjoy these unique experiences.
Furthermore, Al-Thunayan expressed appreciation to the Saudi leadership for the unwavering support they provide for the culture and tourism sectors, which has reinforced Diriyah Season’s position on the local and international levels.
She also attributed the achievements to the support and empowerment of the Saudi Tourism Minister and Secretary-General of Diriyah Gate Development Authority, Ahmed Al-Khateeb.

These successes, which underscore the integration of efforts among the relevant entities, align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to enhance the quality of life and bolster the Kingdom’s status as a global destination for culture and tourism, Al-Thunayan stated.
Diriyah Season stands as one of the Kingdom’s premier national festivals, celebrating the site’s historical legacy. It offers a diverse range of programs that reflect the region’s unique identity and history, bridging heritage with the future.
