300 Tons of Zamzam Water Provided for Ramadan Visitors Daily at Prophet’s Mosque

The General Authority for the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque enhances visitor services, ensuring a seamless worship experience. This includes daily Zamzam water supply, transported from Makkah to Madinah, allowing visitors to access the blessed water all day.
During Ramadan, the authority, through Suqiya Zamzam, delivers 300 tons of Zamzam water daily to the Prophet’s Mosque. This water is distributed using 18,000 containers strategically placed inside the mosque, on its roof, and across its courtyards.
In addition, Suqiya Zamzam supplies Zamzam water bottles in the Rawdah area and offers single-use water bottles in the mosque’s courtyards. To accommodate the needs of elderly visitors and those with disabilities, 60 Zamzam water carts have been deployed. Furthermore, over 100 backpack-style containers are available to ensure access to Zamzam water in areas where fixed dispensers cannot reach.
