
According to the National Center for Meteorology, strong, dust-raising winds are expected across parts of Tabuk, Al-Jouf, and the Northern Borders regions. These areas may also experience light rainfall, while thunderstorms and fog are likely in some highland areas of Aseer, Jazan, and Najran.
In the Red Sea, winds will blow from the southeast to south in the northern section, while the central and southern parts will see northwesterly to northerly winds at speeds ranging from 10 to 30 km/h. Wave heights are expected to range between 0.5 and 1 meter, with generally calm sea conditions.

In the Arabian Gulf, winds will initially be westerly to northwesterly, shifting to northeasterly to easterly by evening in the northern areas, with speeds between 10 and 28 km/h. In the central and southern parts, winds will be northwesterly to westerly at speeds of 20 to 48 km/h. Wave heights will range from 0.5 to 2.5 meters, and sea conditions will vary from calm to slightly rough.
