“Tawakkalna” launches a visual distortion notification service




The “Tawakkalna” electronic application has launched a new service represented in the service of improving the urban landscape in the communications portal, to achieve the concept of smart cities.

This service will raise the quality of life in the community, in cooperation with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

The app indicated that to report cases of visual deformation citizens should enter the reporting portal, at the Ministry of Municipal and Housing, and then choose to improve the urban landscape.

Then the citizen takes a picture of the report, chooses to submit the report, and then fills in all the fields

In the last step, the report is chosen and then the report is sent to the concerned authority, with the possibility of reviewing the cases of the communications sent.
