Riyadh Leads Regional Delivery Dominance
Riyadh dominated demand with 130.5 million orders, claiming 45% of nationwide deliveries. Makkah followed with 65.4 million orders (22.7%), while the Eastern Region secured third place at 43.2 million (15%). Madinah recorded 12.3 million orders (4.3%), trailed by Aseer (9.4 million), Qassim (8.5 million), and Tabuk (5.2 million). Hail and Jazan rounded out the list with 4.1 million and 3.3 million orders, respectively.
The Transport General Authority (TGA) credited streamlined regulations, tech investments, and digital infrastructure upgrades for the sector’s success. These measures slashed response times and heightened market competition.
