Sixth Saudi Aid Plane Heads to Syria
Saudi Arabia has dispatched its sixth relief plane loaded with food, medical supplies, and shelter materials to Damascus to support the Syrian people.
The aircraft, operated by the Saudi aid organization KSrelief, departed early Sunday from King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and landed at Damascus International Airport. This latest shipment of relief supplies is intended to assist Syrians as they navigate a political transition following the ouster of President Bashar Assad last month.
