The General Presidency of the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice launched impactful awareness programs during Ramadan. The initiatives successfully reached over 1.6 million individuals across the Kingdom. Those initiatives spanned educational tours, lectures, and digital outreach, reinforcing Islamic values during the holy month.
Digital Engagement
The Commission launched 52 digital exhibitions and awareness platform activations, broadening access for tech-savvy audiences. Furthermore, mobile apps and social media campaigns complemented 77 portable prayer rooms, ensuring convenience for worshippers. Over 28,000 informational panels and 2,400 booklets highlighted fasting benefits and community ethics.
Additionally, field teams conducted 33,310 awareness tours and 140 lectures, fostering dialogue on Ramadan’s spiritual significance. Partnerships with local leaders amplified reach, particularly in remote areas. Volunteers distributed translated materials to non-Arabic speakers, promoting inclusivity.
