Saudi universities immunize 79% of students with two-dose

Tariq al-Ahmari , Spokesman for university education in Saudi Arabia, revealed the rates of immunization in universities, and the proportion of immunized people using both doses so far.

He said, in a tweet to him during the past hours, through his official account on the social networking site “Twitter”, that there is a rise in immunization rates.

It reached 96% for the first dose and 79% for the two doses.

He pointed out that the high rates of immunization reflect the great efforts made by the Ministry of Education and universities,

He added that it reveals the interest of students, faculty, and staff members; to make the university environment safe from the Coronavirus.

Yesterday, Sunday, the Ministry of Health data showed that the administered doses of the Coronavirus vaccine reached 37,974,478 doses

It is including 22.4 million first doses and 15.5 million second doses.
