Saudi 2034, a pavilion highlighting the Kingdom’s plans to host FIFA World Cup tournament, captivated a large number of visitors during the fourth edition of Saudi Media Forum, held in Riyadh from February 19-21, 2025.
As part of the Spotlight Initiative, launched by the Saudi Media Forum, Saudi 2034 presented rich content and unique experience which showcased the Kingdom’s passion for hosting the FIFA World Cup 2034, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Through an immersive experience, the pavilion highlighted Saudi Arabia’s comprehensive plan to host the grand tournament, by showcasing modern sports stadiums, infrastructure, and urban developments that support the event.
Under the theme “Welcome to Saudi 34,” the pavilion crystalized the Kingdom’s vision to host FIFA World Cup 2034 via interactive display technologies.
Through digital screens, visitors explored the stadiums designated for the tournament, embarking on virtual tours across sports facilities in Riyadh, Jeddah, Abha, Al-Khobar, and NEOM. Visitors gained a futuristic view of the stadium designs, modern facilities and state-of-the-art equipment.
Moreover, the pavilion offered a “City View” experience, which highlighted the infrastructure of the host cities, as well as accommodation, transportation and tourist developments accompanying the event.
The pavilion provided a window into the future of the World Cup 2034, showcasing Saudi Arabia’s investments in digital broadcasting technologies and smart services. This aligns with the Kingdom’s commitment to organizing a world-class event that delivers an integrated sports experience and cements its position as a premier global sports destination.
The Saudi Media Forum 2025 launched the Spotlight Initiative to highlight the development projects and initiatives in Saudi Arabia, and to serve as a platform for showcasing mega projects to promote the Kingdom’s status as a global model of progress and innovation.
