The Saudi International Luxury Week started in Riyadh, welcoming watch and jewelry lovers Untill May 9, reported Akhbaar 24. The event is bringing together the most famous brands in the world, the most prominent designers and limited edition pieces.
Ibrahim Al-Zeer, CEO of the distinguished organization company, explained that the Saudi International Luxury Week aims for the Saudi society to see jewelry from all over the world. All these countries meet in one place and customers have the freedom to choose, whether from Europe, Asia, New York or many other international brands. There are many distinctive pieces in the exhibition, including a $6-million pink diamond ring, which is one of the most expensive types of diamonds.
Saudi designer Ranad Alamoudi added that she is displaying the mini collection of her designs, which draws inspiration from the plant wealth in the Kingdom. One of the most important pieces is a watch specially designed for Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, which is inspired by the architecture in the country and has many distinctive details.
Alamoudi stated that the Saudi designers’ participation at the exhibition helps them exchange experiences and communicate with international designers.
The event provides an opportunity to explore more than 100 international brands, and highlights many rare pieces, including precious stones, diamonds and pearls with diverse and unique designs.
