Saudi Hajj Minister meets the Egyptian Minister of Tourism in Egypt

His Excellency, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah, met with Egyptian Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Ahmed Issa in Cairo at the end of his official visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt.



The meeting was attended by Dr. Abdel Fattah bin Suleiman Mashat, Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Osama bin Ahmed Naqli, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Egypt, and some ministry leaders and embassy officials in Cairo.



They discussed the existing bilateral cooperation relations between the two brotherly countries as well as the services provided by the Kingdom to pilgrims during the meeting to facilitate the peaceful and easy performance of their rituals, as well as to enrich their religious and cultural experience, to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 objectives.



The meeting takes place during His Excellency’s two-day official visit, as an extension of efforts made to facilitate the arrival of pilgrims from all over the world, through various options for services and multiple visa solutions, in collaboration and partnership with the relevant ministries in the two countries.



His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah’s visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt saw a review of ways to strengthen bilateral strategic cooperation between the two sides.



It also discussed increasing the effectiveness of joint committees in several areas, including Umrah and Ziyarah, to improve the quality of services provided to pilgrims.
