Saudi Electronic University Ranked 1st Locally, 33rd Globally for Quality of Education
The Saudi Electronic University achieved a new achievement by ranking first locally and 33rd globally in the 2024 Times “Quality of Education” ranking. This is a big jump from last year’s 201-300 ranking in the same category.
The President of the Saudi Electronic University, Dr. Muhammad bin Yahya Mardi, confirmed that this achievement is in the nation’s name.
Additionally, this achievement is based on the continuous and unlimited support from the wise leadership of the university education sector. This support contributes to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the Human Capacity Development Program.
Furthermore, the program promotes equal opportunities, access to quality education, lifelong learning opportunities, and improved learning outcomes.
He thanked the Minister of Education for the ongoing support of the university’s goals and strategic plans. He also praised the university’s employees for their role in achieving this scientific accomplishment.
The classification of Saudi Electronic University is crucial for evaluating universities according to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. It also uses specific indicators to provide a comprehensive and balanced comparison across four areas: research, supervision, awareness, and education, aligning with of the sustainable development goals.
