Saudi Cultural Attaché to the United States and Canada, Dr. Tahany Albaiz, welcomed the Saudi delegation participating in the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) 2026 in Phoenix, emphasizing that their presence reflects the Kingdom’s strong commitment to investing in its youth. She noted that these students embody a nation that nurtures and empowers young talent to compete on the global stage at the world’s leading scientific events.

Dr. Albaiz explained that the students’ projects address key national priorities, including energy, medical sciences, engineering, and emerging technologies. She added that such efforts contribute to strengthening the national economy and enhancing Saudi Arabia’s global competitiveness in vital scientific fields.

She also highlighted that the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission in the United States supervises more than 1,500 scholarship students enrolled in the world’s top 30 universities, expressing confidence that the ISEF participants will soon join this distinguished group. Describing them as “ambassadors of ambition,” she extended her best wishes for their success and future achievements in representing the Kingdom.
