Saudi Crown Prince heads to Indonesia to participate in the G20 Summit
HRH Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman left on Monday for Indonesia to participate in the G20 summit in Bali, where he will head the Kingdom’s delegation.
Prince Mohammed bin Salman will also visit some Asian countries to strengthen relations with them.
In a statement issued today, the Royal Court confirmed that the Crown Prince’s tour comes at the direction of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz.
According to the statement, the Crown Prince will visit some Asian countries out of the Saudi leadership’s keenness “to communicate and strengthen relations between the Kingdom and friendly countries”, and in response to the invitations made to Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
During this visit, the Crown Prince will meet with leaders of the countries in which he will be residing and several officials. These meetings will be to discuss bilateral relations and issues of common interest.
