Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, marked his presence in New York to partake in a high-level discussion session at the UN Security Council. This engagement stems from an invitation extended by Brazil’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mauro Vieira, who is presently chairing the Security Council.

During the 78th Session of the General Assembly of the UN, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud delineated Saudi Arabia’s perspective in a general debate.
Furthermore, on the sidelines of the 78th UN General Assembly session, he advocated for comprehensive reforms at the UN Security Council to amplify “participation and representation” at this global establishment.
Additionally, Prince Faisal’s proactive participation showcases Saudi Arabia’s active involvement in global dialogues and its earnest endeavors to foster a peaceful resolution to the Middle East crisis, especially concerning Palestine.
