Saudi Arabia to Host Hajj Conference and Exhibition to Improve Pilgrims Experiences

Saudi Arabia will hold the fourth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition in Jeddah from January 13 to 16, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Under the auspicious of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman, the conference will bring together ministers, ambassadors, academics, experts, diplomats, and representatives from private and public institutions across 87 countries.

Hosted by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Pilgrim Experience Program, the event aims particularly at elevating the quality of services provided to Muslim pilgrims during their spiritual journeys.

Furthermore, it seeks to promote competitiveness and transparency among companies involved in Hajj affairs in Mecca and Madinah.

Therefore, the conference will feature more than 100 speakers, 47 panel discussions, and 50 workshops. The discussion will focus on addressing the challenges of boosting Hajj services and exploring new ways to launch innovative projects in the pilgrimage sector.

In addition to the conference, an accompanying exhibition will display the latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to offer seamless experiences to guests of Allah.

Spanning an area of 50,000 square meters in Jeddah, the exhibition will feature 280 exhibitors from various sectors.

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has recently urged individuals and organizations eager to participate to register in the next edition of the conference in January at hajjconfex.com.
