Saudi Arabia to Host 4th Real Estate Future Forum in Jan 27

Saudi Arabia gears up to host the fourth edition of the Real Estate Future Forum in Riyadh from January 27 to 29, 2025, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Themed “Future for Humanity: Shaping Dreams into Reality,” the forum will highlight the participation of several representatives from more than 120 countries.

Organized by the Real Estate General Authority in partnership with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the event will bring together more than 500 speakers from the government and private sectors.

Crucially, the forum arrives in a critical time as the Kingdom is witnessing a global real estate and urban renaissance through various projects and development efforts.

Therefore, the occasion will serve as a prestigious platform gathering real estate experts and specialists from all over the world.

Furthermore, it represents a valuable opportunity to share expertise and success stories and discuss the best global practices and the latest real estate technologies.

The forum’s agenda includes dialogue sessions, workshops, and special meetings.

Interestingly, the event will feature dedicated areas for virtual exhibitions showcasing sustainability and urban advancement, and a comprehensive real estate exhibition displaying contributions from major local and international companies, entities, and investors.

In addition, the exhibitions will delve into financing solutions, trends in the Saudi real estate market and its strategic steps toward fostering its transparency, reliability and investment attractiveness.
