Saudi Arabia administers more than 52 million COVID-19 vaccine doses

Since the start of the vaccination campaign on December 17, 2020, the Saudi Ministry of Health has stated that the total number of administered COVID-19 vaccine doses to the Saudi populace has surpassed 52 million.

Vaccines are safe and protect against the virus, according to the Ministry of Health’s official Twitter account.

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health urged all citizens and residents of the Kingdom to schedule vaccination appointments through the “My Health” and “Tawakkalna” apps.

It’s worth noting that new coronavirus infections have been on the rise in Saudi Arabia in recent days.

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health today, Thursday, the rate of infection in the last 24 hours reached 3,168.

Since the onset of the epidemic in March of 2020, the total number of infections has increased to 568.65 thousand, according to the Ministry of Health’s daily report.
