SAR introduces passenger transport service in cooperation with Careem

Saudi Railways (SAR) has agreed to work with Careem to provide a service that will “carry passengers to and from its stations” to make it easier for them to go to their ultimate destinations.

SAR’s new service encompasses the North Train (Riyadh, Qassim) and the Eastern Train in its initial phase (Riyadh, Dammam, Hofuf).

The agreement’s second phase is set to cover the stations of (Al Majmaah, Hail, Al Jawf, Qurayyat – North Train) (Aqaiq – East Train) for a year.

Customers of “Sar” can use the “Passengers Transfer” service to book straight before arriving at the station, where they can make reservations for their ultimate destinations via the “Careem” service.

Careem will assign three receiving spots to deliver the new service in the station’s arrivals section.

In addition, all stations covered by this partnership agreement will be equipped with guiding devices that will direct SAR customers to these receiving spots as soon as they arrive.

SAR and Careem will collaborate to strengthen their existing collaboration at SAR stations, aboard trains, and on the Internet.
