Riyadh Season 2024: Mark Your Calendars for Unforgettable Experience
The countdown has begun for the launch of Riyadh Season 2024, the biggest annual entertainment festival in the heart of the Saudi capital.
Scheduled in October, the grand festival will feature an array of thrilling events, combining entertainment, culture and sports across 12 different zones. This spectacular carnival will dazzle visitors and immerse them with a memorable experience.
Riyadh Season Announcement
The Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), Turki Al-Alsheikh, announced that the Riyadh Season will officially return on October 12, 2024. The highly-anticipated event will have a bold start with an international sporting event.

The Riyadh Season 2024 will kick off with an opening card fight between the Russian WBA light heavyweight champion, Dmitry Bivol, and the Russian-Canadian fighter and the light-heavyweight champion, Artur Beterbiev.
Other events will take place across the Riyadh Season’s various zones, offering fun, joy and excitement for all family members for an unforgettable experience in the heart of Saudi Arabia.
Boulevard World
The Boulevard World offers a global journey through diverse cultures from around the world. Visitors have a unique opportunity to explore the culture of 10 countries without leaving Riyadh.
This entertainment zone includes pavilions dedicated to exhibiting the cultures and attractions of countries, including Greece, India, Mexico, Italy, Spain, China, Morocco, and Japan.
The world-class zone features cable cars that allow visitors to explore Riyadh city from above in an exciting ride that offers a chance to capture breathtaking photos. It also takes them in a journey across the landmarks and monuments of other cultures.
Boulevard City in Riyadh
The Boulevard City is the gateway to entertainment and recreation in Riyadh. This modern hub brings together an array of attractions that draw locals and tourists throughout the year.
For a unique and memorable experience during Riyadh Season, the Boulevard City features a variety of activities that suit all ages, from music concerts to E-sports competitions and festivals. The area also includes the dancing fountain, the New York Times Square replica, the Boulevard Park, firework shows and the Boulevard Food Festival.

The Riyadh Season zones indulge foodies in a delightful experience, with 31 world-class restaurants that serve all kinds of international cuisines, in addition to the Saudi traditional dishes.
Furthermore, each country’s pavilion in the Boulevard World has restaurants which serve local foods, offering visitors with a chance to taste the flavors of various cuisines, from the Levant to Latin America.
The Riyadh Season entertainment zones also have pop-up restaurants and food trucks, offering a wide variety of choices and special offers. In addition, the Season includes the Ramla Terraza zone, with four fine-dining restaurants that offer a vibrant gastronomic experience for food lovers.
Sports Events
Riyadh Season has become an international renowned hub for sports, by organizing major events home and abroad. Before the new Season kicks off in October, the Riyadh Season Card will host a boxing match between heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua and new IBF interim heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois in the Wembley Stadium in London.
Moreover, Saudi Arabia will host a prestigious tennis tournament called “6 Kings Slam” in October. The spectacular event will feature six of the world’s biggest names in tennis, including Rafael Nadal, Carlos Alcaraz, Novak Djokovic, Jannik Sinner, Holger Rune and Daniil Medvedev.
Before announcing the date of the Season’s official launch, the GEA and the Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced hosting the CAF Super Cup Final between the Egyptian teams Al-Ahly and Zamalek on September 27, 2024, in Riyadh, as part of the Riyah Season 2024.
